I'm Joshua, a product designer specializing in design systems and behavior change interfaces. I am currently studying Communication Design and Creative Writing at Washington University in St. Louis (Class of 2027), I recently shipped features at OneLife reducing 7-day churn by 15% through supportive UI patterns and patterned user re-engagement design. I'm drawn to problems where good design can meaningfully improve how people interact with complex systems—whether that's helping users manage food waste through better inventory visualization, building trust for allergy sufferers through reassuring interface design, or creating financial tools that feel accessible rather than intimidating. When I'm not designing, I'm training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, reading fiction, or exploring St. Louis's
food scene.
